Need a Little Giggle Room?

Designing a nursery or updating a child’s room can be an overwhelming and intimidating task. That is why Lieve Saether, founder of giggle-room, specializes in helping moms create a distinct look for their child’s room. Lieve understands that working with a designer is an intimate experience,therefore she begins each project with a personal face-to-face consultation to get to know the family and their needs. “Embarking on a decorating project is full of family wishes, and our goal is to take the time upfront to ensure that we can fulfill all of them,” says Lieve. She will also give the client inspiration and ideas for their custom room. After the initial meeting, Lieve will then create a “visual map” to show color, texture, and product ideas and will work within a budget and timeline to create your design package. If you prefer to tackle decorating on your own but need a little help to get you on the right track, giggle-room also offers a range of services to get you started. Whether it’s help with choosing the right color of paint, or getting ideas on how to improve your child’s space, giggle-room is sure to make your child smile...or even better...giggle!

Tarrytown Farmer's Market

Tarrytown welcomes a new Farmers Market nestled behind the recently renovated Tarrytonn Florist, Talulah Bleu. Come and enjoy a cup of joe from Texas Cofee Traders and fresh pastries from Sweetish Hill Bakery in this natural, organic setting. This is not your ordinary farmers market. Not only will you find organic vegatables, fresh flowers, and natural foods, the kids can enjoy face painting and pottery painting. There is also a sand pit for kids to play in while mom and dad listen to the live music.
